Our History
Brickmaiden Breads was established in 2000 by founding baker Celine Underwood. We started as a one person “cottage” style bread bakery, and from the onset, quality, sustainability and community have been leading principles. Since these early days Brickmaiden has evolved in tandem with the communities of West Marin and beyond. Our offerings have expanded to include a rustic and elegant line of pastries & delights, aromatic coffee, espresso and house drink specialties.
We are excited to support our local grain economy by using locally sourced grain in many of our products. We work with a passionate commitment to maintain a positive collective space for staff and visitors.
